In accordance with the requirements outlined in the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), as well as the Notice on Implementing and Standardizing the Approval Process of EIA Documents in Accordance with the "Measures" (Hebei Provincial Office of Ecology and Environment Document [2018] No. 23), public consultation is now being conducted for this project.

(1) Overview of the Construction Project
Project Name: Annual Production of 4,000 Tons of High-End Seals and a 1,000-Ton MS Sealant Production Line Project
Construction Unit: Hebei Hongfeng Sealing Components Co., Ltd.
Engineering Investment: Total project investment stands at 58.78 million yuan.
Project Location: This project is situated on the south side of Xiangjiang Avenue in Qinghe Economic Development Zone.
Key construction details: The project is designed to produce 4,000 tons of high-end sealing components and 1,000 tons of MS sealant annually. Major construction activities include the main facilities such as the extrusion and molding workshops, as well as supporting structures like warehouses, material preparation rooms, and office buildings. Additionally, essential utility systems—such as water supply and power distribution—will be installed. Other critical components include gas collection hoods, pulse-jet bag filters, alkaline spray towers, low-temperature plasma + photocatalytic oxidation units, exhaust stacks, oil-water separators, septic tanks, and comprehensive environmental protection systems. The project will occupy a total site area of 22,720 m², with a total building footprint of 19,881 m².
